trick or treat!

we had a great night.

my pirates were a hit,

and were so darn cute!

goofballs..

she put her own lipstick on..

nana and grammy were thrilled to see us, as you can see.

being giggle and silly..

again, being a goof! no idea where he gets it.

absolutely and completely in love with this expression on her face.

the kids were SO excited to run into "well" when trick or treating.

and noelle was just as excited to see them. so cute.

jack LOVED seeing all the costumes and giving out candy. he said "it was the best part of his whole whole whole night"

halloween morning

the kids are SO excited its halloween.
miranda has been dancing in circles all morning,
making up a song about trick or treats..





jack refused to wear his orange shirt today,
(even after he spilled stuff on it, he wouldnt change)

he said that this is his lucky shirt.a

last year ...halloween...

2:20am jack woke me this morning...
"mommy, can we go trick or treating yet?"


ummm something tells me the neighbors wont appreciate that, sweetheart.

wu-berry

can you tell what mirandas newest obsession is?
"wu-berry ah-cake"...
she can pronounce it just fine,
but for some reason she insists on saying wu-berry ah-cake.

she was beside herself when she saw her new jammies last week.
tonight after bath, it was cold enough to finally wear them.
she grabbed her dolls and she was showing them her jammies.
"here is you"... she kept telling them.

i love that the things i loved as a child, are back "in".
to some, they dont like it.... because they feel old.
i could care less,
i absolutely love it.

on sunday,
i found this hat from last year in his drawer.
loved it last year.still do.
he wasnt getting a choice.
lets go.outside.....some pictures. c mon!

i bribed him with chocolate

i think it could be worse.
i wasnt threatening to beat him..not this time anyway ;)

i'm realizing that i love taking pictures of people one on one.
give me an individual picture vs. a group shot, ANY DAY!

now i realize why the photographers that i love...
during group shots they take more interactive photos than posed.
now i see why.
