jacks "first" day of school..

ahhhh my baby's first day of preschool..

ok. so i'm lying.
its NOT his first day of school.
but i'm pretending.
i COMPLETELY forgot
his first day of school.

i felt terrible.


i did remember.
the week before,
and the day before,
and the night before..
but that day...
i dont even want to think about it..

sue, the babysitter called and says..
ummmm michelle..
did you forget its jack's
FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL TODAY?!

of course i immediately freaked out.
how could i forget it was his FIRST day of school?
ok so its just preschool, and its a laid back kind of program,
but still... my poor baby!
i always make a big production of these kinda things.
and of course..
i let jack dress himself that morning.
ugly shirt 2 sizes too big,
shorts on backwards...
you know the kids....
they look like they have parents that dont care..
or that just FORGET!!!!
sigh.
but he dressed himself and i was proud.

so i staged these pics pretending it was his first day.
what else was i supposed to do????
